IslandWalk at West Villages is a gated active lifestyle community in Venice, Florida that will feature 1,869 homes upon completion. Constructed within the larger master-planned West Villages, IslandWalk offers homebuyers over 25 floor plans to choose from. The rest of the home models are single-family ranch-style homes with open layouts. Homes range from 1,133 to 2,611 square feet with one to four bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two to three-car garages. Builder DiVosta designed these floor plans for low-maintenance living.
