Kissing Tree, a 55+ community in San Marcos, offers homeowners many unique and exciting amenities. This community, featuring homes built by Brookfield Residential, now offers a greater variety for active adults seeking homes for sale in Texas. Kissing Tree has introduced The Cottage Collection on the Fairway and Villas on the Strand. Active adult homebuyers can browse five cottage models and four villas models.

Active adult homebuyers who desire a lock-and-leave lifestyle will enjoy Kissing Tree cottages. Tucked around the golf course’s 18th hole, these single-story cottages range in size from 1,300 to 1,900 square feet and are designed with two to three bedrooms.

Available in two exterior styles—Modern Prairie and Texas Hill Country—these patio homes are priced from the mid $200s. With lawn maintenance included, homeowners are free to travel and come and go as they please.

Villas on the Strand

Starting in the low $200s, the new villas in Kissing Tree range in size from 1,000 to 1,700 square feet and contain one to three bedrooms. Active adult homebuyers can choose from two exterior styles—Modern Farmhouse and Texas Hill Country—and single or two-story living.

The villas offer paseo greenspace areas for walks and social gatherings, allowing neighbors to get to know each other. Active adults who desire low-maintenance living will appreciate that lawn care and home exterior maintenance is taken care of by the community.

Upon completion, Kissing Tree will contain 3,200 homes, making it one of the largest active adult communities in Texas.
