Latitude Margaritaville Amenity Centers Coming Soon

Residents living in Latitude Margaritaville communities will soon have more amenities to enjoy. Here\'s what\'s there now and what\'s coming soon.

Active adults who are interested in living a Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle have been eagerly anticipating what Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach and Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head will look like once the amenities have been added.

Plenty of homes have been built and residents have started moving in, but both communities are finally getting close to opening their long-awaited amenity centers. As completion on both grows near, let’s check in at both communities to get the specifics.

Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach

Homeowners in Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach will enjoy modern amenities starting in June.

What’s Available Now?

Homeowners in Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach can currently enjoy the Barkaritaville Dog Park. The park is ideal for taking advantage of sunny days with your furry companions.

Although many of the amenities are still underway in Daytona Beach, the community’s entry, Greeter’s Cottage, and sales center are open and fully functional. Despite waiting on amenities, residents have wasted no time creating a fun and active lifestyle.

Latitude Town Square

Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach will open the Latitude Town Square on June 8th, 2019. The Latitude Town Square will be the center of activity in the community and will include the Fins Up! Fitness Center and Latitude Bar & Chill Restaurant. These features will give residents access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment and casual and outdoor dining with Margaritaville-inspired cuisine.

Surrounding the Latitude Town Square, residents and homebuyers will find multi-use, tennis and pickleball courts — all of which can be found within easy walking distance of each other. Residents will also have access to Paradise Pool.

Retail Center

Residents of Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach will not have to travel far for everyday necessities. The Latitude Landings Retail Center is currently under construction and is set to open later this year. This 200,000 square-foot complex will be centrally located allowing residents to walk or even drive their golf carts to the complex. The first retailer set to open is Publix, allowing residents to get a majority of their grocery shopping done close to home.

Beach Club

Perhaps the most anticipated amenity is the community’s planned, private beach club. Minto has purchased land on Ormond Beach exclusively for the community’s private use which is just five miles away. Luckily, residents won’t have to worry about driving to the beach themselves. When the club is eventually built, a shuttle will run throughout the day to bring residents back and forth.

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head

While there are more amenities planned, Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head residents can currently enjoy Lake Latitude Club.

What’s Available Now?

The construction of Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is still underway but is set to have several amenities open in the fall of 2019. Residents currently have access to Barkaritaville Dog Park as well the Lake Latitude Club.

What Is the Latitude Lake Club?

Residents in Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head have the added feature of Lake Latitude Club. This resort-style clubhouse includes pickleball courts, a fitness center, resort-style pool, as well as a beach area. The beach area of Lake Latitude Club will also provide residents access to kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, and relaxing hammocks.

Latitude Town Center

Although Hilton Head’s Latitude Town Center is set to open later this fall, it will be worth the wait. The Town Center will include a Fins Up! Fitness Center, The Last Mango Theater, Latitude Bar & Chill Restaurant, and The Workin’ N Play Center. These features unique to Margaritaville will provide residents access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment and much more.

Surrounding the Latitude Center, residents will find multi-use, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as access to Paradise Pool.

Retail Center

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is also planning for a 290,000 square-foot retail center where residents can shop for daily necessities without straying too far from home.
