In July, Del Webb announced its first construction in the Las Vegas area in ten years. Del Webb at North Ranch will offer a prime location with the resort-style amenities many active adults are looking for.
Models Designed With Active Adults in Mind
Del Webb, a division of PulteGroup, has built many award-winning communities across the United States and the Las Vegas area, including the popular Sun City communities. Del Webb at North Ranch will follow this success by offering homes specially designed for active adults.
Prospective homebuyers will be able to choose from nine models in three home series. The Cottage series includes three models under 1,500 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Classic series offers slightly larger homes, ranging from 1,451 to 1,770 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two baths. The largest homes in the Retreat series range from 1,775 to 2,010 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.
All of the homes include two-car garages, walk-in closets, open floor plans, and patio and porch space to enjoy the warm Nevada air. New homebuyers will also be able to customize elements of the models to create their individualized new homes. Del Webb plans to begin construction in 2020.
Resort-Style Living in Las Vegas
Del Webb specializes in 55+ communities and understands their residents’ desire for a relaxed yet active lifestyle. At Del Webb at North Ranch, they plan to build a recreation center with meeting rooms, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and patio, and bocce ball and pickleball courts. The community is just inside the Beltway and near Interstate 15. This means homeowners can easily enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer. The Strip, the Arts District, and Downtown Las Vegas are all within a 15- to 20-minute drive.
