Opening in late 2022, Del Webb at River Islands is an exciting 55+ community coming to Lathrop, California. This highly anticipated new community will consist of 900 new single-family homes built by renowned active adult homebuilder Del Webb. The community will also feature fantastic resort-like amenities and serene landscapes.

Low-Maintenance Homes

These single-family homes are designed with the needs of the active adult in mind, featuring low-maintenance yards and single-story floor plans that range from 1,450 to 2,765 square feet. These stylish new homes offer two or three bedrooms, spacious master suites, and open living spaces.

Planned amenities include a sprawling recreation center, a sparkling outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Just outside the community, homebuyers can enjoy an 18-mile greenbelt loop encircling the development, providing a continuous, vehicle-free walking trail with stunning views of the San Joaquin River.

Nearby Conveniences and Attractions

Lathrop offers residents a small-town feel with easy access to the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area, which is only a little over an hour’s drive away.
