It’s located in the small town of Dewey in the Prescott Valley of Northern Arizona, a 25-minute drive from the city of Prescott. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, community kitchen, and rooms for various activities including billiards and woodworking. There’s also an outdoor pool, horseshoe pits, parking for RVs, and tennis and pickleball courts.
