The Villages at Lynx Creek is a 55+ active adult community of 454 manufactured homes. It’s located in the small town of Dewey in the Prescott Valley of Northern Arizona, a 25-minute drive from the city of Prescott. This community appeals to people looking to be surrounded by forests and mountains rather than city streets.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, community kitchen, and rooms for various activities including billiards and woodworking. There’s also an outdoor pool, horseshoe pits, parking for RVs, and tennis and pickleball courts. There’s a good range of clubs and classes for residents to enjoy, including arts and crafts, card and board games, sports, drama, line dancing, and hiking.

Residents enjoy favorable rates at the 18-hole Sun Village Golf Course. This public course is also home to a pro shop.
