It connects to a public park and includes horseshoe pits, soccer fields, and picnic shelters.

The Villas at Creek Walk – Stanley, NC

The Villas at Creek Walk consists of 25 single-family townhomes located on a single cul-de-sac street in Stanley. Just under 40 minutes from Charlotte, this community is the only age-restricted one of its kind in Gaston County that features enclosed garages. The community is close to restaurants, shops, medical facilities, and religious buildings.

The villas of this exclusive community are two- or three-bedroom homes with two full baths and with two-car insulated garages that include large storage rooms.
