These homes have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and are designed with European-style architecture, first-floor master suites, and private outdoor spaces.

A pedestrian-friendly community with landscaped sidewalks, you’ll find neighbors walking or biking along the trail located just outside the community during the warmer months of the year. Though there’s no community clubhouse, residents enjoy the outdoor amenities accessible from the walking trail. The Villas at Creek Walk consists of 25 single-family townhomes located on a single cul-de-sac street in Stanley. Just under 40 minutes from Charlotte, this community is the only age-restricted one of its kind in Gaston County that features enclosed garages. The community is close to restaurants, shops, medical facilities, and religious buildings.
