Set in Southwest Florida, The Reserve at Estero has a prime location halfway between Naples and Fort Myers. This Toll Brothers development is open to residents of all ages, but active adults will particularly love the lush grounds, fabulous amenities, and customizable homes.

The Reserve at Estero opened in 2006 and is still in development, giving current homebuyers the choice between available resale and new construction homes. The community is relatively small with plans for just 494 single-family homes, which makes it a tranquil retreat in a prime location.

The Residences at Estero

Single-family homes in The Reserve at Estero include nine customizable floor plans in sizes ranging from 1,489 to 2,545 square feet. These homes offer many features which appeal to active adults, such as open floor plans, first-floor master bedroom suites, spa-like bathrooms, and covered lanais.

While many homes are single-level, there are also some two-story designs. A low homeowners’ association fee includes exterior yard maintenance, access to community amenities and the 24-hour guarded gate. Most of The Reserve at Estero’s single-family home designs include three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-car garages. Larger models may also have a fourth bedroom or an additional half-bathroom. Luxurious master bedroom suites feature elegant bathrooms and large walk-in closets. Open kitchens and spacious great rooms provide fabulous space for entertaining, while larger homes may also have breakfast nooks or separate living rooms.

Outdoor living space at each home makes it easy for residents to enjoy the sunny Florida weather. Most homes feature covered entries and covered lanais with optional extensions. Some models offer lanai customizations, such as privacy walls, outdoor kitchens, or cabana baths. A few homes also have the option of a privacy courtyard in addition to the covered entry.

Amenities and Recreation

Despite its small size, The Reserve at Estero has an exciting line-up of amenities and social activities. At the heart of the community, the 8,000 square-foot clubhouse invites residents to meet with friends and get to know their neighbors. The clubhouse offers a spacious multipurpose room, a community kitchen, a billiards and game room, and a cozy library. There is also a fitness room with an aerobics studio for group classes, like Zumba or Pilates.

Outdoors, The Reserve at Estero features a beautiful pool and spa area where residents can cool off with a swim or soak up some Florida sun. Lighted tennis courts and basketball courts offer friendly competition, while a playground is the perfect place to take visiting grandchildren.
