Built by Shea Homes, the Trilogy brand is known for its energy-efficient homes and a range of amenities to support a healthy, active adult lifestyle. Trilogy at Rio Vista lives up to its developer’s reputation for quality with a spacious clubhouse, 18-hole golf course, and plans for 3,000 single-family homes.

Location

While Trilogy at Rio Vista has many on-site amenities, its prime location is certainly a draw for many potential residents. This beautiful community is situated in Northern California’s greater San Francisco Bay area, making it the perfect place for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Sailing, fishing, hiking, wind, surfing and waterskiing are among some of the area’s most popular recreations.

Amenities

Golf is also a common activity in the area, and Trilogy at Rio Vista offers its own well-known course. Designed by golf architect Ted Robinson Sr., the Golf Club at Rio Vista features an impressive 18-hole championship golf course. Scenic beauty is a highlight of the course and natural elements include rolling hills, lush landscaping and strategically-placed water features. Players of any skill level are welcome at the Golf Club at Rio Vista, and multiple tees help golfers enjoy a fun and challenging experience.

After a game of golf, residents can stop into the Rio Vista Nines restaurant for lunch, dinner, or drinks. The food is top-notch, featuring casually elegant meals in a friendly, inviting dining room. Weekday afternoons are also a great time to take advantage of the restaurant’s affordable Happy Hour specials.
