Started in 2021, Shea Homes plans to construct 933 single-family and attached homes. Residences start in the high $300s and range from 1,342 to 2,579 square feet. All models feature single-level living, with some models offering an attached three-car garage.

A homeowners’ association (HOA) takes care of landscaping and maintaining the common areas and amenities. This frees up residents’ time for travel or pursuing their favorite activities.

At the Cabochon Club, the community clubhouse, residents can take advantage of a fitness center, cafe, restaurant, and bar. A culinary studio offers chef demos as well as cooking and mixology classes.
