Trilogy Centerra is a 55+ community coming soon to Loveland, Colorado, built by Shea Homes under the Trilogy brand. Set within the Kinston master-planned development at Centerra — a Certified Wild Community designed with natural spaces and pollinator-friendly landscaping at its core — the community is planned to offer 11 single-level floor plans and a resort-caliber amenity club built around dining, wellness, social connection, and year-round active living at the foot of the Front Range.

Planned outdoor amenities include a resort-style lap pool for swimming, aqua fitness classes and lounge deck use, pickleball courts, a fitness lawn, expansive open-air lawns for exercise and outdoor events, and an Open Space gathering area for games, socializing and informal recreation.

The broader Kinston neighborhood adds miles of walking and biking trails, parks, a demonstration garden and additional social areas. A lifestyle director will coordinate programming including curated social clubs, community events and Trilogy's signature Explore 360 travel program — group bucket-list trips for members — and Explore 52, a curated list of 52 regional road trips with local expert guidance.

Shea Homes plans to build 11 single-level single-family floor plans at Trilogy Centerra, all from the Freedom Collection and ranging from approximately 1,430 to 3,090 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two to three-car garages. All plans feature flexible living spaces with loft options and popular structural and finish options for personalization. Homes are inspired by local Colorado architecture and are complemented by pollinator-friendly yards, with energy-efficient features standard throughout.

Specific floor plan names and pricing had not been released as of publication, as the community was in the interest list phase.
