Three models are available. 

The Bethpage has 1,955 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a home office. There’s a deck off the great room and a walk-in pantry located between the kitchen and the mudroom. Options include a fireplace and a half-bathroom. There’s an unfinished basement that can also be finished if the buyer chooses.

The Pinehurst starts at 2,536 square feet, and has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s a study, a large walk-in closet in the primary bedroom, and a deck off the great room. The second floor includes a loft space as well as the second bedroom, and there’s an unfinished basement as well, which can provide space for additional bedrooms. 

The Sawgrass floor plan starts at 2,455 square feet and has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. This model is located in the middle of an attached triplex, with a front door and a back deck. A great room, the kitchen and dining area, and the primary bedroom are on the first floor, and a second bedroom, office space, and loft are on the second floor. An unfinished basement is included and can be finished.
