The Asheville offers 1,781 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen includes a center island, which has room for seating. There’s also a walk-in pantry and a covered deck in the back. This is a one-story home with a formal foyer.

The Aberdeen is a 1,976 square-foot model with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A hall bathroom with a tub serves the two junior bedrooms, and the primary suite includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. This home has lots of storage and a covered front porch at the entry.

The Barcelona is 2,366 square feet, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s an extended foyer, and in addition to the four bedrooms, a home office space is just off the great room. There’s a large laundry room and dual sinks in both bathrooms. This is a one-story home with a covered back deck.

The Pasadena ESP model has 2,195 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A flex space at the front of the home can be used as an office or a formal living room. There’s an extended foyer, a back porch, and a spacious walk-in closet in the primary bedroom.

The Cordoba is the largest floor plan, with 2,791 square feet, four bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. This home is on two stories. The first floor includes the kitchen and dining area as well as the great room. The primary suite is on the main level, as well as a home office and one additional bedroom. Upstairs, there’s a loft and two bedrooms with a full bathroom.
