Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club, often referred to as Heritage Palms is a prominent active golf community in Fort Myers, Florida. Heritage Palms Amenities

The newly renovated 28,400 square-foot clubhouse overlooks a freshwater lake and serves as the hub for the community's social events, fitness classes and clubs. The stunning facility includes formal and informal dining, a library, locker rooms, and a heated outdoor swimming pool with a spa and a cabana. Tennis enthusiasts can take advantage of the eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with stadium seating and a fully stocked pro shop.

Heritage Palms Home & Real Estate

U.S. Homes began construction of Heritage Palms in 1999 and completed the community in 2006. Encompassing 1,662 homes to suit every budget, each home was designed to meet the needs of any buyer and are known for their durable construction. Residents pay an annual master homeowner's association fee along with a quarterly neighborhood fee that includes cable, exterior home maintenance and upkeep of the common areas.

There are 660 Terrace Condo units in Heritage Palms. Each condo building is four stories high and offers three floor plans. Models range in size from 1,194 to 1,544 square feet and feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one assigned covered parking spot.

There are 544 attached Veranda homes that provide an intimate living space. These vary in size from 1,333 to 1,661 square feet and most feature two bedrooms and a den, two bathrooms and a single-car garage. The Villas are a great alternative that features two to three bedrooms and two bathrooms among 1,533 to 1,865 square feet of living space. Furthermore, these homes have a two-car garage.

The 219 spacious single-family homes have between 1,999 and 3,307 square feet of living space and encompass a variety of layouts. Buyers can select from floor plans that feature three to five bedrooms, a den, two to three bathrooms and a two-car garage. The most luxurious homes in the community are the 69 custom-built Enclave homes that range in size from 2,794 to 4,273 square feet. These homes have three to four bedrooms plus a den, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms and a three to four-car garage.
