Pharmacy needs can be met at CVS and Walgreen about 10 minutes away. Residents are also close to multiple health care providers including, Barnabas Medical Center, Baptist Primary Care, and Absolute Medical Clinic.

When homeowners are looking for things to do close to home, they can travel along Atlantic Avenue and South 8th Street where they will find a variety of eateries, shops, and attractions.  

 Residents can also explore the American Beach Museum or visit nearby resorts offering daily excursions. Outdoor activities are also plentiful with the Amelia River and Fernandina Beach Golf Club being within walking distance. There are also dozens of nearby beaches as well as parks such as Peter’s Point Beachfront Park.

Residents who want to visit nearby metropolitan areas are in luck, as they can drive less than 40 minutes to downtown Jacksonville, providing easy access to everything the city has to offer. For longer trips, Jacksonville International Airport is about 25 miles away.
