About Eden Brook

Eden Brook is a 55+ community in Odenton, Maryland. Just over 30 minutes outside of Baltimore, Eden Brook is a serene condo community. Residents have access to the clubhouse for social and recreational activities. 

Community events are hosted throughout the year at Eden Brook. Nearby putting greens and forest preserves provide great outdoor recreation. Homeowners will enjoy being able to relax in their maintenance-free homes situated minutes from Annapolis.

The clubhouse is the premier feature of Eden Brook. Located in the center of the community, residents can use the multi-purpose rooms and party rooms for celebrations or activities. A fitness center is also included in the clubhouse. Residents can utilize the several paths laid out across the community for a nice afternoon stroll or for their morning jog. Neighbors, friends, or family can enjoy quality time together in the picnic area available.

Eden Brook Homes & Real Estate

Construction of Eden Brook began in 2006 and was completed in 2008, this active adult community was completed with several mid-rise condos with elevator access. Condos range between 1,600 to 1,610 square feet. Every unit is accessible by elevator and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Private balconies are available for certain units at Eden Brook. Ample parking is available within the community. All buildings have an intercom system, ensuring the security of homeowners.
