About Arbor Hills

Arbor Hills is an active adult community in Kingston, Massachusetts. Located right down the road from shopping centers and golf courses, residents can complete their weekly errands with ease and have plenty of time leftover for fun. This 55+ neighborhood is full of natural beauty and a homeowners’ association (HOA) maintains common areas. A train station in Kingston makes Arbor Hills a great choice for commuters as well.

Arbor Hills Amenities & Lifestyle

Residents of Arbor Hills enjoy spacious greenbelts dotted with trees. Twenty-five acres of protected wildlife habitat border the neighborhood and include walking trails for residents to hike through. The HOA handles landscaping, exterior home maintenance, and snow removal, giving homeowners more time to travel, pursue hobbies, or catch up with friends.

Arbor Hills Homes & Real Estate

Construction at Arbor Hills began in 2003 and concluded in 2005. The community includes 54 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,602 to 3,000 square feet with two bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Homes are designed with open layouts and built for first-floor living. Features in some homes include gas fireplaces, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Area

Arbor Hills is just a short drive away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Kingston. The Kingston Collection shopping center includes Target, Macy’s, and Regal Cinemas. A wide variety of dinner options are available, including Solstice, Cancun Family Mexican Restaurant, and Royal Garden Restaurant. Golfers can visit the course and 52,000-square-foot clubhouse at Indian Pond Country Club. Just ten minutes west of the community, the town of Halifax also offers Walmart, Stop & Shop, and Country Club of Halifax, which features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Phil Wogan. The train station in Kingston provides a quick ride to Boston for work or travel. The Boston Logan International Airport is easily accessible from there as well. Arbor Hills in Kingston, MA offers active adults a low-maintenance lifestyle in a quiet wooded setting near plenty of amenities and attractions.
