Blue Heron Pond is a beautiful 55+ community located outside of Boston, MA. This intimate community consists of just 58 attached homes, making it perfect for active adult homebuyers who want a smaller neighborhood where everyone becomes fast friends. Plentiful outdoor amenities make Blue Heron Pond a pleasure to explore and relax in, while a convenient and exciting location in Lancaster, MA, ensures that homeowners will never get bored.
