Rolling Mill is ideally located near Pilgrims Highway and State Route 3. This prime location puts residents within driving distance of Cape Cod and Boston, as well as giving them easy access to daily necessities.

Retail therapy can be realized just two miles at The Grove, with multiple eateries, shops, and entertainment. Colony Place, just 4 miles away, is currently the largest open-air lifestyle center in southeastern Massachusetts and offers over 865,000 square feet of retail space.

Pharmacy needs can be met at Walgreens, Rite Aid, and CVS within five miles. Rolling Mill is also close to several health care providers, such as Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth, which is less than two miles away.
