The first phase offers single-family residences that are aproximately 1,108 square feet and feature two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Residents can choose from six floor plans or live in their own custom design. Some features available include maple cabinets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a sunroom, and a deck.

The second phase, built by Long Built Homes, adds another four floor plans of single-family homes. These range from 1,760 to 2,727 and have two bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. Additional features in some homes include studies, four-seasons rooms, and game rooms.
