Residents of Destinations Pebble have access to a clubhouse with a lounge, a breakfast bar that includes a coffee machine, and a fitness center. There is also a business center and a library. Residents can use the billiards and game room, and there’s also a mail room where packages can be delivered and collected. There are complimentary shuttle services and private transportation that can be booked through the concierge services available to residents.
Outside, Destinations Pebble residents can enjoy a resort-style pool that comes with a well-designed patio, offering comfortable seating, tables, umbrellas, and sun loungers. There’s a jacuzzi, a courtyard, a community grill, and a puppy park for the four-legged family members.
Destinations Pebble is an Overture Community that has a total of 416 apartment homes in mid-rise buildings. Homes range from 455 to 880 square feet, and there are studio units available as well as apartments that have one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Features in some homes include washers and dryers, balconies, and stainless steel appliances.
The Presley is the studio model, which has 455 square feet and an open floor plan. The kitchen, living, and dining area all lead to the bedroom and bathroom, where there is a walk-in shower.
Six one-bedroom models are available. These range from 529 to 754 square feet, and have unique layouts with the bedroom and bathroom on one side of the apartment and the living area on the other side. All kitchens include plenty of prep space, and there are dedicated dining areas. The Young, a 750-square-foot model, has a half-bathroom, and the largest model, The Joplin, with 754 square feet, also has a built-in desk just off the kitchen.
The community has three two-bedroom models. The Harrison has 750 square feet and one-and-a-half bathrooms. The Springsteen has 764 square feet, two bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, and a balcony. The Dylan is 880 square feet, has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and a balcony. There’s a walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub in the other.
Members of the community enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle, as Greystar takes care of apartment home repairs, landscaping, amenity upkeep, and community security. Social events and community gatherings are held frequently, and a guest suite is available for rent when family and friends visit from out of town. With more free time, residents of Destinations Pebble can enjoy spending time with family or pursuing new hobbies. Residents can also enjoy the variety of activities offered close to home, such as movie nights, fitness classes, and social hours.

There are also various attractions in the area, including The Mob Museum, Madame Tussauds, The Neon Museum, and the Museum of Illusions. There’s also an Arts District in Las Vegas that includes galleries and antique stores.
Members of the community who want to get outside can find plenty of options to explore in the area. There are multiple greenspaces and parks to choose from, including Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Lone Mountain Park, and Sunset Park. Golfers can also find multiple courses to play nearby, including The Legacy Golf Club, Southern Highlands Golf Club, and Bali Hai Golf Club.
Those who want to visit nearby metropolitan areas are in luck. Destinations Pebble is about 15 miles from The Strip and Historic Downtown Las Vegas, as well as Fremont Street, providing easy access to everything those areas in the city have to offer. For longer trips, Harry Reid International Airport is only 6 miles away from the community.

I do not recommend Destinations Pebble. There have been ongoing connectivity and communication issues affecting this area and, specifically, our unit.
Multiple problems involving unreliable cell service, dropped calls, inconsistent communication access, and even issues with landline reliability. We added a landline in and even changed carrier services in an attempt to improve communication; however, those calls have also experienced interruptions and dropped connections.
What is especially concerning is that even FirstNet, a network designed for first responders and emergency personnel, has had little to no reliable signal within our unit. For many residents — particularly seniors, medically vulnerable individuals, or those living alone — this raises legitimate safety concerns. Reliable communication should be considered a basic necessity in any residential community.
There have been multiple written complaints submitted to both on-site management and Greystar corporate regarding these concerns, yet meaningful follow-up or resolution has been absent.
Another frustrating aspect is that the unit ultimately leased to us was not the same unit initially presented during the leasing process. It is possible that the originally shown unit may not have experienced the same level of connectivity issues.
These concerns do not appear to be isolated. There have been ongoing public complaints from surrounding residents and businesses regarding communication and infrastructure-related issues in this area, along with published reporting discussing nearby connectivity challenges.
In situations where emergency communication may be necessary, residents should never have to question whether calls will connect or unexpectedly drop.
I strongly encourage prospective residents to thoroughly research the area, speak with current residents, and personally test both cellular service and Wi-Fi calling throughout the property before signing a lease.
Unfortunately, this has been one of the most stressful living experiences I have encountered. Having to leave the apartment, sit in a vehicle, and drive around the parking lot in hopes of finding a signal in order to handle important medical-related calls is unacceptable, especially in a community with many senior residents and individuals managing healthcare-related needs.
