Four one-bedroom, one-bathroom models are available. They have 677 to 943 square feet, open floor plans, and a breakfast bar in the kitchen that includes seating. Walk-in closets are included in the bedroom, and there is outdoor space in the form of a balcony or a patio.

Three two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment homes are also available. These floor plans range from 1,094 to 1,220 square feet. Walk-in closets are found in both bedrooms, and the two larger floor plans include a separate dining area apart from the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
