Popular upgrades for the custom new-construction homes may include finished basements, decorative trim and custom moldings, sunrooms, and stone facade on the home’s exterior. Two distinct floor plans are available to buyers.
The Newbury offers 1,824 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. There is also an option to add a second level that includes a bonus room and adds 1,000 square feet to the property. On the main floor, buyers will find a master suite that includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with double sinks. There is a study off the entry, which can be used as a third bedroom if necessary. The great room includes cathedral ceilings and the open kitchen concept has a breakfast area and an island.
The Hampton Model is a two-story home with 2,000 square feet, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a bonus room with plenty of open loft space. Both bedrooms include walk-in closets and bathrooms with double sinks. The spacious kitchen features an eat-in dining area or breakfast area as well as a spacious laundry room. Cathedral ceilings and large windows make this home seem even larger, and there is an unfinished attic for when extra storage space is needed.
Chadwick Place is in Windham, just three miles north of the Massachusetts border. Residents are only 20 minutes from the coast and about an hour from the mountains.
