This is one of the few active adult communities that gives residents the opportunity to easily walk to shops, restaurants, and services around town. This age-restricted community requires at least one resident be 55 and no one under the age of 19 may reside in the community on a permanent basis.
With only 138 homes, Four Seasons at Historic Cranbury is a charming and intimate community. The community clubhouse gives residents a place to get together with their neighbors for a game of cards or billiards or to just chat by the fireplace.
Four Seasons at Historic Cranbury Amenities
This intimate community of 138 homes is in a lovely, small-town setting. While this cozy neighborhood may not have as many amenities as some of the larger, resort-style active adult communities, it boasts its own distinctive charm. Activities within the community are centered on the clubhouse. Here, homeowners can work out in the exercise room, meet for cards or billiards in the game room, or relax by the fireplace in the clubhouse lounge. A multi-purpose room hosts community clubs and a bar is perfect for relaxing with a drink with friends. A game room also holds card games.
The swimming pool and spa is a popular place to hang out when the weather is warm. There is also a tennis court, horseshoe pits, and parks and natural space to let homeowners stay active and socialize with their friends and neighbors. Walking and biking trails throughout the community also make it easy to go out for a morning jog or an evening stroll.
