Gateway Shores is a quaint active adult community located in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. This intimate community encompasses 66 attached homes that offer homeowners a low-maintenance lifestyle. This allows residents more time to devote to leisure, activities and socializing with like-minded neighbors.

Gateway Shores Amenities

The charming clubhouse located within Gateway Shores is the perfect location for social and recreational activities. Residents can join neighbors and friends for a party in the multi-purpose room. With a fully equipped kitchen it's easy to host events or socialize over a cup of coffee. There is even a small library for those who prefer to relax with a good book. The amenities continue outside with a sparkling pool and patio complete with tables and chairs.

Gateway Shores is comprised of 66 attached residences that were constructed between 2000 and 2002. These low-maintenance homes are mostly arranged in quad formations and range from around 850 to about 1,040 square feet.
