Princeton Commons Amenities

The clubhouse at Princeton Commons is the focal point for all of the community's social and fitness activities. The welcoming facility provides the perfect environment for residents to relax, explore and socialize with new friends and neighbors. Residents can challenge each other in a game of cards or billiards, relax with a book in the library, get toned and fit in the exercise room, or have a party in the ballroom. The fun continues outside where homeowners can participate in a game of tennis or bocce ball or walk and bike the trails throughout the community.

Princeton Commons Homes & Real Estate

Princeton Commons features single-family ranch homes that have been thoughtfully designed with active adults in mind. This resale community was built from 1989 to 1995 and is comprised of 385 residences. These homes range in size from about 1,400 to 1,600 square feet and most homes feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garage. Each model features an appealing exterior design and spacious open interior layouts.
