About Seaview Village

Seaview Village is a 55+ community in Brick, New Jersey. This low-maintenance community offers excellent living opportunities for today’s active adult. Homebuyers can select from single-family or attached homes available on a resale-only basis. 

Located in Southern New Jersey, the area surrounding Seaview Village offers residents plenty of shopping, dining and travel. The easy-going lifestyle offered by Seaview Village allows its residents to live life to the fullest.

At Seaview Village, the charming clubhouse is an inviting facility for residents to gather for club meetings or socialize at community parties with friends and neighbors. Seaview Village Homes & Real Estate

Built between 1981 and 1985, Seaview Village contains 349 homes. Most are single-family, but there are a few duplex homes as well. Attached homes are approximately 1,108 to 1,032 square feet and typically feature two bedrooms, one bathroom and a one-car garage. Homes are approximately 1,100 to 1,700 square feet and typically feature two bedrooms, one to two bathrooms and a one-car garage. Most homes also have screened porches perfect for reading the paper. Most residences in Seaview Village are single-family homes.
