The Pavilion Reviews
- Bernard M.|March 8, 2018I have been a resident of the Pavilion Community for 4 years. I have found the other residents to be very friendly. This is a small community but it is well kept. When I moved in there was a welcoming committee and there are many activities to keep busy (Card clubs, Bowling League, Bocce Leagues, Women's Club, Sewing Club as well as other activities such as Dances, Pool Parties, trips). I like living here.
- Current home owner (Resident/Homeowner)|March 12, 2017Although homes are well kept and this is a clean community it is a very uncomfortable environment. Not a very welcoming home like feeling . If you are looking for a clean development that is close to stores, restaurants and the parkway then this is a great place to live. However if you are looking for a retirement home that has close neighbors and a relaxing environment then you will want to look elsewhere.
