I was reading the other reviews and was compelled to write about my community. This is a great place for someone to live that is 55 and older. The community is changing and many younger 55 and older people are moving in. This was a year of upgrading several things in the community which included repairing all the sidewalks, some of the buildings and all the grounds. There are several rules in place which I actually like because we don't have any incidences here and it feels safe. There are numerous activities in the summer and evening a midnight swim. It is right across from shopping, a short walk to Dunkin and will be a short walk to the new Starbucks. Also most of the younger people that have moved in have fully renovated their condos. This is a great community!!!

This community may have be great in its day but has now fallen on hard times. it is in disrepair. Most of the units have to have gut renovations. Most of the residents are quite elderly. The board drags its feet in getting anything done. The trees need trimming and/or to come down. There is way to much over grown shrubbery. The roads are a mess, you cannot see the numbers of the parking spaces, nor the spaces themselves. There are cones all over, indicating holes, crumbling sidewalks. Several people have fallen due to the sidewalks being in terrible shape. What has been going on here for the last few years, I do not know.
