Viera at Hanover Amenities & Lifestyle

Although Viera at Hanover doesn't provide a clubhouse, homeowners can take advantage of living in this maintenance-free community. A fee paid to the homeowners' association ensures that lawn care and snow removal are taken care of. This gives residents more time to pursue new hobbies and activities at their leisure. They can go for a morning stroll or jog around the neighborhood for some exercise or spend time outdoors on a sunny day appreciating nature by the natural, open spaces.

Viera at Hanover Homes & Real Estate

Respected local builder Sterling Properties built these 40 attached homes between 2008 and 2009. They range in size from 2,596 and 3,100 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. All homes feature first-floor master suites with a large bedroom, spacious his and hers walk-in closets, and bathrooms with high-end design touches. High ceilings and lofts coupled with abundant windows give these homes an open yet inviting feel. Viera at Hanover is located in Cedar Knolls, which is a part of Hanover Township in Morris County. Routine errands and shopping trips are easy with both a ShopRite and Walmart within a mile of the community. Just three miles away in historic Morristown, there are lots of great restaurants, retail stores, parks, and other attractions, including a performing arts center.

Getting around the region is easy with Interstates 287 and 80 both within six miles of the community. The Morristown Train Station, just three miles away, offers convenient train service to Manhattan and beyond. For long-distance travel, Newark Liberty International Airport is 21 miles away. Viera at Hanover is a wonderful, high-end 55+ community with a convenient location in Northern New Jersey.
