Located in historic Brick Township of Ocean County, Wedgewood Place is an active adult community that welcomes homeowners aged 55 and better. All residences are single-family style with central AC and gas heat. With only 145 homes, this small community has a distinct neighborly feel.

While privately located, its proximity to Garden State Parkway provides ease of access to shopping, dining, and recreation options. Homes are available on a resale basis and reflect pride of ownership inside and out.

The clubhouse serves as the local activity hub for its residents. Inside, the clubhouse accommodates an exercise room and several social areas. These include a multi-purpose room for hobby pursuits and celebrations, as well as a library and billiards area. Residents can also meet over a game of shuffleboard or take advantage of outdoor fun and exercise at the tennis facilities and bocce ball courts.

Outdoors, the clubhouse has a sparkling pool and patio. Friendly competition is easy with tennis, bocce ball, and shuffleboard courts. There is also a horseshoe pit and R.V. parking.
