About Jessup’s Landing

Jessup's Landing is an active adult community in Quogue, New York. This 55+ community offers active adult homebuyers an outdoor pool, spacious floor plans, and thoughtfully designed homes. With a total of 31 homes, this community is ideal for homebuyers interested in an intimate community. The community's location in Quogue puts residents in an ideal location in the Hamptons and near Long Island.

Jessup's Landing Amenities & Lifestyle 

Residents in Jessup's Landing have access to the community's outdoor pool and patio. Although there is not yet social clubs and groups, residents can easily form one of their own. 

Jessup's Landing Homes & Real Estate

Kepner Construction began construction in 2009 and completed construction in 2016 with 31 luxury homes. The spacious single-family homes of Jessup's Landing range from 2,695 to 4,300 square feet. These homes have between three and five bedrooms as well as four to four-and-a-half bathrooms. Every home also includes an attached two-car garage with extra parking spaces spread across the community for visiting guests. 

Surrounding Area

Residents of Jessup's Landing will never be far from everyday necessities. Grocery stores such as Quogue Country Market, Best Market Westhampton Beach, and Stop & Shop can all be found within 15 minutes of the community. Pharmacy needs can be met at CVS and Rite Aid. When dining out, restaurants such as Sakura House, New Moon Cafe, Dockers Waterside Marina & Restaurant, Mambo Kitchen, and Joe's American Grill can be found in the area. Residents looking for entertainment will find it Jake's 58 Hotel & Casino and Parrish Art Museum. 

Jessup's Landing is located near plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation as well. Parks such as Quogue Wildlife Refuge, Sears Bellows County Park, and Meschutt Beach County Park can all be found within 20 minutes of the community. Golfers will be happy to know that there are several courses in the area, including Hampton Hills Golf & Country Club, Indian Island Golf Course, and Sebonack Golf Club. 

Residents of Jessup's Landing will also be close to several health care providers, such as Hampton Medical Care, Peconic Bay Medical Center, and Primecare Medical. 

Homeowners enjoy a desirable location in the Hamptons while also having easy access to New York City. The five boroughs are about two hours away via car or by train from the Westhampton Long Island Railroad stop. For longer trips, John F. Kennedy International Airport is about 70 miles away.
