Apartment homes at Album Mallard Creek are in a mid-rise, five-story building with controlled access and elevators. Homes range from 655 to 1,408 square feet and have one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Parking is in an outdoor lot or in a rented carport or detached garage. Features in all apartment homes include stainless appliances, plank flooring, shaker style cabinets, walk-in closets, and washers and dryers. Some homes also have dual vanities, balconies, and patios. 

Nine one-bedroom, one-bathroom floor plans are available. The Acacia has 670 square feet and a small dining area inside the kitchen. A smaller version of that model, the Acacia A, has 655 square feet. The Alpine has 751 square feet and a walk-in shower. The Apricot and the Apricot A both have 868 square feet; the difference is that the Apricot has a walk-in shower and the Apricot A has a tub in the bathroom. The Ashe has 724 square feet and the Ashe A has 696 square feet. Both include an open floor plan and sizable bathroom but no outdoor space. The Azalea and the Azalea A both have 868 square feet. The difference, again, is a shower in the original model and a tub in the “A” model. 

Two-bedroom floor plans are available in seven models. The Douglas has 898 square feet and only one bathroom. All the other two-bedroom models include two full bathrooms. The Cambria has 1,187 square feet and dual sinks in the primary bathroom. The Cedar and the Cedar A have 1,091 square feet and similar floor plans, with a kitchen island that includes seating and a balcony or patio. The Cherry has 1,408 square feet, oversized bedrooms with walk-in closets in each, and outdoor space. The foyer is also spacious. The Cypress and the Cypress A are similar floor plans with 968 square feet, a dining area, and a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom.
