About Olde Towne Village

Olde Towne Village is an intimate ranch home community located in Asheboro, North Carolina. Epcon Communities began building attached villas and single-family homes in 2010. Upon completion Olde Towne Village will consist of 52 residences with non-confining floor plans that offer open and inviting living areas.

Olde Towne Village Amenities

Olde Towne Village allows residents to take advantage of the outdoors. Residents can walk or bike the trails throughout the community. The rolling hills in this community offer spectacular views of the Carraway Mountain Range and two scenic ponds. Lighted sidewalks are also provided throughout this pet-friendly neighborhood.

Olde Towne Village Homes & Real Estate

True to Epcon’s reputation, Olde Towne Village offers modern low-maintenance homes that are desired by many. Homebuyers can choose from five attached villa floor plans that range in size from 1,140 to 1,860 square feet in size. Upon completion 22 attached villas will be built within Olde Towne Village and feature at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-and-a-half-car garage.

Olde Towne Village will have 30 single-family homes as well. Homebuyers can choose from three floor plans that range from 1,519 to 1,995 square feet in size. All of these homes have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-and-a-half-car garage. Many homes even offer dens and private courtyards.

Olde Towne Village is located in Asheboro, North Carolina  conveniently located just minutes from the historic downtown area and one mile from Highway 220.

There are many grocery stores, retail shops, and attractions that are located throughout Asheboro. The Asheboro Municipal Golf Course is a favorite attraction for many residents throughout Asheboro. Olde Towne Village is also just a short drive to Greensboro and Winston-Salem's area attractions.
