Olde Towne Village is an intimate ranch home community located in Asheboro, North Carolina. Epcon Communities began building attached villas and single-family homes in 2010. Upon completion Olde Towne Village will consist of 52 residences with non-confining floor plans that offer open and inviting living areas.
