Brookshire LLP offered four models, now available on a resale-only basis: the Brentwood (1,520 square feet), Hampton (1,620 square feet), Ann Arbor (1,640 square feet) and Cambridge (2,050 square feet). Despite being the smallest model, the Brentwood has the most bedrooms with three. Thanks to creative planning, it utilizes available space to feature a master suite which includes a walk-in closet. Its layout is also characterized by stylish pillars, custom-built benches and double French doors leading to the owner's suite. One unique feature of the Hampton is the side-loading garage. Other features include a covered front porch, cathedral ceiling fireplace and interior columns.
