Heritage Strasburg was designed to allow residents aged 55 and better to enjoy their active lifestyles without having to worry about outdoor maintenance of their homes. Living in Heritage Strasburg lets homeowners spend more time outdoors and enjoying activities with neighbors and new friends. Homeowners have more time to enjoy all of the events that take place in Strasburg. During the warm months, residents can walk the paved sidewalks and trails that connect the community to Main Street in downtown Strasburg.

Heritage Strasburg Homes & Real Estate

In 2009, Charter Homes began development of Heritage Strasburg. Upon the community’s completion, it will encompass 106 single-family homes. These low-maintenance homes were inspired by Colonial architecture with a twist of modern living.

The Heritage Series offers eight floor plans that range from 1,194 to 2,209 square feet. Each home offers two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Most of the homes are single-level homes, however for those looking for extra space for guests, the Auburn and Hartman models offer a second floor with extra bedrooms. Every home was designed with first-floor master suites and eat-in kitchens. Entertaining friends and family is easy with outdoor patios and large great rooms.
