About The Aspens

The Aspens is an intimate 55+ community located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Situated behind Coleman Memorial Park, homeowners enjoy living within walking distance to a variety of recreational facilities to stay fit and active.

This active adult community consists of low-maintenance ranch townhomes built between 1998 and 2004. Homeowners enjoy a hassle-free lifestyle that lets them have more time to spend outdoors with the company of neighbors and getting to make new friends who share the same interests and hobbies.

The Aspens Amenities & Lifestyle

Active adult homebuyers aged 55 or better are welcomed at The Aspens. Here, residents are greeted with a laidback environment because they don t have to worry about exterior maintenance of their homes. A homeowners association fee makes shoveling snow and mowing your lawn a thing of the past.

The Aspens is located directly behind Coleman Memorial Park. This public park offers four tennis courts, four baseball fields, a basketball court, gazebo, and scenic trails. There is even a miniature golf course, ice cream parlor, and playground perfect for entertaining grandkids when they visit.

The Aspens Homes & Real Estate

The Aspens is an affordable community designated for active adult homebuyers. Construction began in 1998 and The Aspens was completed in 2004 with just 58 townhomes. These attached ranch homes are the ideal size for active adults with approximately 1,200 to 1,500 square feet of living space. Most homes in the community offer two bedrooms, one-and-a-half or two bathrooms, and an attached garage.

Area

The Aspens is situated in a wooded area just north of Lehman Street on North 16th Street. Located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania this active adult community is close to Lancaster, Hershey, Harrisburg, and Reading. Traveling is simple with two Amtrak stations in Lancaster and Harrisburg. Harrisburg International Airport is about 40 minutes away from The Aspens.

With farmers markets, a rich history, and unique shopping Lebanon County is home to many attractions. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the dozen of golf courses in the area. Convenient access to history, travel, and outdoor recreation makes The Aspens a great community to call home.
