The Village at Upstream Farm Reviews
- Dee S.|August 16, 2018I was the first owner of a Durham on Silo Drive and since I sold it and moved to Florida I have missed Upstream Farms more than I can even say. I felt so safe there, the neighbors all moved into the other homes on the top of the community and we had a lot in common. I can't wait for something to go on sale so I can come back to Upstream Farms!
- Susan L.(Resident/Homeowner)|July 24, 2014I own a Durham model here at Upstream Farm. It's perfect for my needs and fit within my tight budget. I use the extra bedroom for my crafts and sewing projects. Being single I like that the community is maintenance-free and gated too. Living here puts me close to my grandkids and all my old friends too.
