These homes offer 1,312 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. All homes offer single-level living and feature full basements, private patios, granite countertops, hardwood floors, modern appliances, vaulted ceilings, and central air conditioning.

Bella Vista Lifestyle

Active adults will love living in this maintenance-free community. A monthly homeowners' association fee will include landscaping, snow removal, and trash removal. As the community continues to grow and welcome more homeowners, Bella Vista will have more activities, events, and clubs for residents to participate in. Located in Glocester, RI, residents are never far from daily necessities.
