The Four Seasons community at Vint Hill is a great community. It is small with a friendly feeling. The old Army base is going through some changes and a new developer has purchased the property and the proposed changes sound good with added shopping and bringing in new businesses. The HOA dues here make this community one of the best kept secrets around. While other active adult communities have dues over $200 per month, the Four Seasons at Vint Hill community is only $40 per month. Combined with low Fauquier County taxes, this neighborhood is very affordable.
