The Beverly is slightly larger spanning 2,792 square feet. The plan features two to three bedrooms, two to three full bathrooms, as well as one to two half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The Sanford, the largest of the three floor plans provides 2,812 square feet of living space and can have two to three bedrooms, two to three full bathrooms, one to two half bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
