The 6,200 square-foot clubhouse called Fire Creek Lodge is built with the same small and cozy scale as this community, but it offers all the amenities one would expect from a clubhouse three times the size. At the social center of the Fire Creek Lodge is a lobby with pool table, computers, flat screen TV, a copy machine, and a video and book lending library. There is also an arts and crafts room with a kiln, which sees much activity from different clubs. A multi-purpose room is used for yoga, theater, and the Clover Springs board of director and committee meetings. A fully-equipped fitness room rounds out the indoor amenities at the lodge.

There are 362 single-family detached homes set on 175 acres that make up this intimate 55 and over community. All of the residences are ranch style homes with one or two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Some homes feature oversize lots and mountain views.
