All styles include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and a two-car garage. Some single-family homes also offer three-bedroom layouts. After restarting construction in 2012, Centex introduced 2 new single family floor plans. Homebuyers can now choose from the original floor plans on the resale market or select from the two new construction models.
