Del Webb's single-family homes are available in sizes ranging from 1,197 to nearly 3,000 square feet. They offer two- to four-bedroom floor plans, with two to three bathrooms and two-car garages. Some homes include basements as well.

Summit Homes also offer single-family homes, which include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Some models feature additional rooms such as a separate family room or study. Summit Homes also plans to offer attached villas in the next development phase.
