Covered Bridge is an affordable age-restricted community in Manalapan, New Jersey. This established community built in the 1970s is comprised of two condominium associations known as Covered Bridge 1 and Covered Bridge 2. Covered Bridge has a total of 1,557 units on 254 acres of original farm land.

A very well-appointed clubhouse, low priced homes, many social functions and over 50 clubs make Covered Bridge a popular community for active retirees. Condos have either one or two bedrooms with one or two baths. Covered Bridge also has some two-bedroom attached one-level ranch-units. Resale homes may offer eat in kitchens, living room/dining room combinations, screened in porches, walk in closets, and neutral decors. All homes in Covered Bridge have electric heat.
