Throughout her real estate career, she has earned many designations and certifications but is most proud of her Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation through the National Home Builders Association. As 1 of only 10 CAPS designees in San Antonio, she is uniquely qualified to assess your house for safety and/or modifications, making it more accessible and visitable. The simple, flexible, and aesthetic concepts of Universal Design keep the home easier to maneuver with fewer hazards. It is of utmost importance to her for clients to be aware of falls and other triggers. She educates them on how to be proactive, not reactive. No matter the age or ability, we are all Aging-In-Place, and it looks different for everyone. I bought a home site unseen 1000 miles away from Texas. Amy’s patience, empathy and impeccable service helped me to get a perfect home.

She is an aging in place specialist. That was not a personal concern, but I had my mother and mother in law during their final years. Get a home that allows for dignity and access. You never know!

We were in a bad place when we found Amy Roberts. She was referred to us from a friend of a friend . Amy was amazing at contacting us in a timely manner. She was very attentive and listened to what we needed. We toured several houses until we found the perfect one. It was a house that was looked at by another couple so we had to put our best foot forward to get into the house. Amy was persistent with the other reality company and really pushed for us to get into the house. We are now living in a great area...
