There are 10 floor plans to choose from, which range from 1,542 to 2,575 square feet. The single-family homes feature two or three bedrooms and two or two-and-a-half bathrooms. Attached two-car garages are included in every home, and all homes are on one story.
Two-bedroom and two-bathroom models include the Salerno, at 1,542 square feet, and the Berwyn, with 1,806 square feet. Features of the two-bedroom homes include open floor plans, a flex space for a study or den, and a covered back patio.
Buyers seeking a three-bedroom and two-bathroom home can choose between the Belmont or Avondale models. The Belmont has 1,688 square feet and Avondale is 1,602 square feet. These models include separate laundry rooms, large master suites, and a pantry. The Belmont includes a hobby room.
The Genova model is 1,937 square feet, with three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The Genova offers are cathedral ceilings in the great room and a separate dining area off the oversized kitchen. The Roma is 2,071 square feet and also has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The Roma offers three separate elevations, which can include a second story.
The Capri model is 2,164 square feet and has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. A second level option includes a bonus room. The Imperia is 2.257 square feet and includes three-bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The master suite includes double walk-in closets, and there is also a covered back porch. Three elevation options are available with the Imperia model.
The largest models are the Napoli, at 2,368 square feet and the Monza at 2,635 square feet. They each have three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Formal dining rooms and plenty of outdoor space are included. Each floor plan includes different options for a second story, which may include a bonus bedroom, media room, and an extra bathroom.
