Ilene Cashman is a gem.
She was extraordinarily professional while pointing out the flaws and strengths of the many homes that we saw.
Ilene is prompt and responsive. When she said to meet at 1:00, she was there. She answered phone calls, texts and emails when we wanted to get in touch with her and even after purchasing our home she continued to be responsive to our needs.
Highly recommend - 5 stars from us.

I first met Ilene at her office and told her I was looking for a home and had narrowed it down to 3 locations. I believe that would have discouraged many agents but not Ilene. She enthusiastically showed me many homes. In the end I did decide on one of the homes that Ilene had showed me. Her help did not stop there, she guided me through contract and closing. She went above and beyond helping when she presented me with a list phone numbers of the services providers that I would need including but not limited to the gas and electric companies. She was a pleasure to deal with.
