There aren’t enough stars to give out to show our full appreciation for Katie. If you’re in need of a real estate agent who truly knows her stuff and is well versed on practically every detail of the home buying experience, from pre- through post- purchase, there simply is no one better. Our home hunting journey started some nine months prior to our expected timing to move from our prior location. We knew we wanted to move into the Trilogy 55+ community in Rio Vista and scheduled an initial meeting with her. Though knowing our longer-term timeline, Katie was more than generous with her time as she showed us all around the community and gave us an excellent overview of what life would be like at Trilogy. We walked away from that first meeting knowing we were in good hands. Katie’s expertise really shined when it came time for us to start seriously looking and finding our perfect home. Whether viewing open house listing in the village or meeting with her for private tours of homes for sale, Katie provided us with so much important information about the various home styles, floor plans, HOA requirements solar, expected expenses, utilities, mortgages and escrow accounts, etc., that we felt well prepared when it was time to make an offer. On more than one occasion, Katie reminded us that she was working for us and had our best interests in mind. And she proved that, all throughout the process. But don’t take our word for it. It seemed that whoever we spoke with, from the HOA management team to other competing agents, to even the contacts at the various services (garbage, water, power), we heard nothing but high praise for Katie.
