My husband and I decided to purchase a Shore house earlier this year. Eventually it will be our forever home so the process was stressful sifting through so many listings in multiple locations in New Jersey . We zeroed in on a location more than an hour away and no matter what time of day , no matter what day of the week , if we wanted to see a property Melanie was there . Every single time . Buying a house in today’s market is very challenging. Melanie has been a pleasure to work with. Together we had seen probably over a 100 houses. She was understanding, accommodating, very responsive and never pushy. She was very knowledgeable but if we had a question or concern to which she didn’t have an answer, she made sure to research it for us and help us make an informed decision. Throughout the whole process, we always felt that she had our back!
