Melanie’s listing presentation was spot on. She answered all of my questions and her knowledge of the local market was excellent. She kept me informed from listing to sale and was always available to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Melanie for any real estate needs.

My husband and I decided to purchase a Shore house earlier this year. Eventually it will be our forever home so the process was stressful sifting through so many listings in multiple locations in New Jersey . We zeroed in on a location more than an hour away and no matter what time of day , no matter what day of the week , if we wanted to see a property Melanie was there . Every single time . She showed us multiple homes over a 1 month period . In that time we entered into attorney review on one and are so thankful that Melanie was so thorough because she found 9 open permits on this home. Shortly thereafter we found our dream home and are so thankful we had Melanie there by our side. Melanie recommended a great inspector, did a thorough background search on home, introduced me to a wonderful Home insurance/ flood insurance agent and got the ball rolling . She truly gives every single client her all . We love our new home and will never use anyone else to represent us on a sale or purchase of property .
